Hi there,
We are testing Click to Call widget in our lab, the 32-bits version works fine on a Win7 32-bit laptop, but we are getting an error on the 64-bits version on a Win7 Professional 64-bits.
When we configure the user credentials and Webdialer service Hostname, no error is prompted, but the configuration is not saved properly.
In the log file we get the following error (translated from Spanish):
INFO - return error from GetDevices - URI not valid: can not analyze hostname.
When testing with a wrong password, we are prompted with an error advising to review username/password, so we understand the connection is established with Webdialer and authentication works fine. Not sure what URI it speaks of.
Where to look at to move further on this?
Thanks!
Javi

Hi Javi,
You are hitting multiple bugs..
For the non-save issue, it is most likely bug -
For the Error - return error from GetDevices - URI not valid: can not analyze hostname,
Likely bug -
Please try using the latest C2C -
Thanks

Hi Javi,
If the latest ver is showing the symptom, please open up a TAC case to have it looked at.
Thanks
