Login information in Cisco PCA

I can't login in Cisco PCA.

Can anybody help me?.

I run permission wizard and process results were ok.

Now I still have problems with PCA login.

If a change suscriber password in AD directory I can login in PCA and configure its own mailbox but I don't know what default password all suscriber have. I think that I must to ask the person who installed this Unity server and I will comment you if I will have success. I attached you failed login screen.

If lsanchez is a unity subsciber you are taking the right next step by finding out the default pw for ad.

There is a 3rd party AD Bulk Edit tool that someone mentioned in this forum that you can change the ad password.

I have installed a software called bulk edit, is it the same that you are saying?. If no can you say me where can I download it?.

Could I download someone Microsoft script to do a massive changes of AD users password.

Does the PCA have to be licensed seperatly from Unity?
