Mailbox count reached licensed mailbox count

My 8.6.7 CUE module is displaying an error that doesn't make sense.

I have installed additional licenses but the system still wont allow new mailboxes.. anyone know whats going on ??

I have rebooted and currently have 30 mailboxes on the system. However, when I install an eleventh mailbox .. it gives an error.

I actually tried these steps before you posted Manish

 

license activate ivr sessions 0

license activate voicemail mailboxes 25

license activate ports 24

write memory

reload

 

and they did in fact fix it. ..

 

after reboot number 6 !!

 

Working again  !

 

Did I mention how much I love cisco licensing ! :-)
