Hi Homayoun,
Can you provide the specific details:
What is the exact number that you are dialing or coming into cucm as dialed number from outside?
What is the exact number that you want to convert it into?

Hi Manish,
thanks for your Replay.
The Number which i would like to Convert shell looks so :
I make Copy/Paste a call number from an internet side to Jabber, for example : 0049 (0) 998998
CUCM shell make a number like this : 00049 998998
How I wrote before I have a Pattern for 00049 for choosing and it works fine but I have a Problem with (0) or maybe I have a fallacy ???
Hope it could help you?
Regards
Homayoun

Hi Homayoun,
It seems its not possible with a translation pattern. Translation pattern works with the following:
Enter the translation pattern, including numbers and wildcards (do not use spaces), in the Translation Pattern field. For example, for the NANP, enter 9.@ for typical local access or 8XXX for a typical private network numbering plan. Valid characters include the uppercase characters A, B, C, and D and \+, which represents the international escape character +. If you leave this field blank, you must select a partition from the Partition drop-down list box.
You will notice that if you try to add a number with these brackets then you get an error.
