mediasense cluster subscriber install

Hi, Im trying to install a 2nd media sense server to a cluster to an installed publisher or 1st node. Under Mediasense server configuration I have added the node but it is not listed. However, when I do a "show network cluster" the server is listed. The DNS is good, I can ping between the servers OK. Just that the install of the 2nd server fails informing me that the server isn't listed in the 1st node

any ideas?

Maybe a restart of the Mediasense Publisher will help.

Hi, JFYI I re-read the planning guide and it states that the servers need to be on the same LAN and no more than 2msec RTD - we broke both of those rules so back to plan X
