i have cucm 9.1 and i would like to use MediaSense to record calls
My questions :
Mediasense requires license ??
when i creatred Model OVA i found tree options :Services Ready Engine (SRE) deployments, primary and secondary servers, and expansion servers whats the difference between them
is there a guide to implement (installation and configuration) MediaSense

Yes, all the documentation for MediaSense is available on cisco.com if you search for it. Install, configure, design guides, etc.

With MediaSense, you license the server itself, then you license the number of concurrent audio & video calls you wish to record.
