the Disconnect Empty port timer equals the number of minutes that ports are held after everyone hangs up.
This has been done to eg:accomodate longer meetings where people might want to take a break and then re-enter the meeting determines how long to hold ports, after scheduled start tiem, if no one shows for the meeting
For example, if the disconnect empty port is set to 20 minutes, if a meeting starts at 8 and goes to 8.15, at 8.35 the meeting is over. From that perspective you will want to make sure that you're not holding your ports too long.Though technically possible you will want to make sure not to block out ports too long because of this timer.
the ports of a long meeting are released under 2 conditions:
1. If the meeting has ended and the disconnect empty port time in minutes has been met
2. you end the meeting in then session tab
