MeetingPlace 7.1.x + CUPC 8.5 + video

Hello!

Trying to figure out why my videocalls to MP 7.x from CUPC 8.5 all are with resolution - 352*288.

Face to face with CUPC is working fine in HD 720p, but when we call to our meetingplace then it's only the small resolution.

Meetingplace's SIP trunk is in a region with high bitrate configured in CUCM

All the CUPC's also.

In MeetingPlace's configuration the HighBitrate is also enabled.

Do the MeetingPlace audio/video blades support more than 352*288 resolution?

Hi Girts,

I have the same issue MeetingPlace 7.1 MCU's do support 4CIF resolution however only when encoding video with H.263. You can force the MCU to use H.263 instead of H.264 however you will experience difficulties with new hardware\ Software like Jabber for windows trying to connect.  If you have comeup with any solution please let me know.
