Meetingplace 8 back-end integration Exchange 2007

Hello.

I've configured Exchange server details in MP. I click 'test' and received positive result. Click Save. I received the email MPX-Test:<random number>

I also setup SMTP server configuration.

I set the Email type to be Exchange (HTML) in the group.

I schedule meeting from MP Web. I don't receive the calendar notification OR email.

If I set the Email type to be SMTP (HTML) I do receive the Email notification.

Outlook Plugin works fine.

Where is the exchange notifications? or am I using it wrong?

Ok I found the issue.

The GROUP default settings are somehow  not in effect.

Once I set the user to manually be Exchange HTML I get calendar and notification.

This is also true for the 'Can Record Meeting' setting. But only in Conference Manager.

i.e. even though I had Record Meeting to Yes by Group Default, I could not record in Conf. Manager until I actually set this to YES.

bug or just me?
