MeetingPlace Express update error

i update mpe from 1.1.1.11 to 1.1.3.162

Installation step:

1) logged on as "root" at the MPE CLI.

2) Copy this file onto your system.

3) Execute this file.

"sh ./update_mpx_1_1_3_162.bin"

After that,I reboot system.

after system start complete,i found that can't using web to access mpe ,the mpe's Web Service died/stop.

My first try at this I was logged in as mpxadmin and SU to root. Launched 1.1.3.162 and upgrade completed successfully but could no longer web to MPE. I backed out the 1.1.3.162 install to 1.1.1.11 and logged in as root directly. Did an incremental upgrade to 1.1.2.x and that worked fine. Did an upgrade to 1.1.3.162 and that worked as well. Not sure if the fix was the incremeantal upgrade or logging in as root directly instead of mpxadmin and SU.
