We have just upgraded Unity Connection to version 8.6. If I press message button on phones that do have voice mail setup, I get do not hear anything it just drop dead. Now the phones that has voice mail setup is working fine.
Any help.....plz

Hi Munir,
Do the phones that don't have VM have Voicemail Profiles set up on their DN's
in Communications Manager? This is where the relationship between the Message
Button and what it dials when pressed is set.

Yes Voicemail profile is setup and we use same default profile for all our phones.

When I press button on phones that do not have voicemail setup. Before upgrade I use to hear opening greeting when I press message button on phones that do not have voicemail setup.

Hi Munir,
What do you hear if you dial the VM Pilot# from one of these non-working phones?

OK ...well at least we know it's not just the Message button
I would use this Tool from the great suite of Unity Tools to have a look and see if the call
even reaches CUC;
