I have a periodic issue where messages do not get delivered to the correct mailbox. instead they are delivered to an administrator's group mailbox. Does anyone know what would cause a VM to not get delivered correctly and how to go about correcting it? It seems to happen in spurts and when listening to the messages from the admin's mbox, many of the messages have the Unity lady's voice stating that the message is no longer available. Any ideas?

Can you please post the app logs? Give me an wav-file example of the problem and what time it happened.

We are not doing UM so I don't know how to get a wav file example. Are you looking for the Win2k app log or is there some type of Unity log you want?
