Customer complained that they didn't have any voice though there are messages delivered from callers. I checked and all the messages are stored in the unitymta repositary. I restarted the avumrsyncsvr and mails flew to exchange server and people get the mails.
Customer asking why this happens. I understand it happens when unity lost the exchange server, but my case exchange is inbox. I looked the event view, the only one is:Event Type: Error
