Migrate CUCM 8.5 To Virtual Machine

Hello,

We have a CUCM 8.5 and We have a Hardware problems, Can We migrate de CUCM to Virtual Machine? the same License is supported or Could we'll problems?

Once you will come on the virtual environment, License MAC will definitely change but you can simply contact Cisco Licensing Team, and they will give you the rehosted license file once you will provide them with your SO, PO number, License MAC etc.

Of course, the license features will remain exactly the same but it will be just that they will rehost it against the License MAC on UCS opposed to physical MAC address as on MCS currently
