Migrate CUCM Imported user to LDAP in Unityconnection

Hi All !

We running Ucxn 10.5 where now users are imported from CUCM. We would like to migrate the user to ldap account.

We have followed the instructions provided in the below link.

While updating the user through BAT, we got the error as " Could not create LDAP user:  The ldapCcmUserId could not be associated with an ldap user"

How to fix this ? Existing user Alias , Ldap user Alias name same only.

The first sign of trouble is that error message; it shouldn't be trying to create a user, only update an existing one. Did you do an update operation?

Hi Jonathan !

Thanks for your reply. We have followed the same procedure.

Issue is resolved now. Actual problem was user not synched from ldap due to ldap custom filter issue.
