Anyone done a migration like this? If so, what are some of the fine points?

Well, I don't know how much, if any, of your user data you can save for a migration - but the key mappings for Unity's default conversation will definitely be very alien to Centigram users - the key mapping logic for Centigram is very different than just about anything out there. You may want to check out the 4.0(5) custom key mapping tool to help ease this transition - you can find help files and a training video on how to use this tool on its home page here:

Are you aware of any way to extract the user data from the Centigram system (not the messages) in order to import the users into Unity? A competing AVST solution is claiming to have a "tool" to export the user information from Centigram. The customer is currently leaning toward AVST due to that claim.
Thanks!
