Hi,
I read both wonderful documents about planning and executing migration to CUCM 6.1.
They are very useful. Thanls! however I have CallManager 4.1, Unity 4 and cra 3.5.
I wonder how we can migrate the cra after unity and call manager upgrade? especially that we don't have the cra admin password. Do you have any detailed procedures or advises?

I mean unified contact center express or UCCX 5.0, while crs=customer response solution
