I have Cisco Unifed Precence 7.0.2 integrated with Microsoft LCS 2005 and MOC for remote cal control. Some users have 2 devices: 2 IP phones or an IP phone and Cisco IP comunicator on a laptop.
Users that have 2 Ip phones are working OK. When a user logs in to MOC, both IP phones ring. The line that the user answers is what MOC will control after that. This is a perfectly acceptable behavior.
Users that have an IP communicator are not OK.
When such a user logs into MOC, IP communicator is always used to make/receive calls. When IPC is not loaded on the laptop, MOC uses a computer to make/receive calls. Thus, user's IP phone is never utilized for remote call control.
Does anyone know of a way to provide user with an option to select IP phone over IP comunicator to remote call control by MOC.
