MOC Caller-ID

I have a customer who has CUCM 6.1 Cluster with CUPS 6.0 server integrated with Microsoft MOC. They are pre-pending 91 to all the inbound calls so they don't have to editdial from the phone directory. All that works fine, except when it goes to MOC user it shows 91 plus 10 digit number which doesn't match anything in the outlook contacts. So i was wondering if there a way to keep 91 pre-pend for regular ip phone users and remove 91 before sending the caller-id to MOC users. Thank you.

You could setup the MOC users in their own CSS and PT. Then use a translation pattern from the incoming call and strip out the 91 and send the MOC CSS/PT. The rest of the calls will go to their own.

You basically have to fork the calls for manipulation before they hit any of the phones lines (Or MOC)
