MOH in Attendant Console

Hi All,

I would like to ask your expertise regarding my issue below:

CUCM: 10.5.2.12901-1
AC: 10.5.2.10-15

We have 2 MOH configured on our Call Manager.

Channel 1 - Plain music

Channel 2 - With fake rings then music

We are aiming to use the fake rings when someone calls the Attendant console CTI route point.

CTI Ports have been configured with below too:

Network MOH = Channel 2

User MOH = Channel 1

Network MOH(fake rings) worked however, when call was answered then put ON HOLD/PARKED, network MOH still being played.

Set the cuac templated to below:

Network MOH - Channel 1

User MOH - Channel 1

Changed CTI Route Point, applied config then reset:

Network MOH = Channel 2

User MOH = Channel 1

Network MOH(fake rings) worked however, when call was answered then put ON HOLD/PARKED, network MOH still being played.

We are using Broadcast Call Delivery Method.

Tried to use force delivery but just got ringing as calls are being answered directly by the phone.
Tried to unticked "Hold queued calls" but just got ringing.

Any outputs is highly appreciated.

When you park/transfer a call, the correct behavior is to get the network MOH.

Only when you actually press hold, you should get the user MOH.

Hi Jaime,

Thanks for your response.

When calling the main number, it should play the Channel 2 and when on park/on hold, will play the Channel 1.

Channel 1 - Plain music

Channel 2 - With fake rings then music

How are we going to achieve this setup?

CTI Route Point:

Network MOH = ?

User MOH = ?

CTI Port:

Network MOH = ?

User MOH = ?

Thanks.
