Monitoring CIMC and ESXi services using Assurance 11.6

Hi Helpdesk,

I have deployed Prime Collaboration Assurance 11.6 (Advanced), and added ESXi & CIMC using SNMP community strings.

Both ESXi and CIMC are in "MANAGED" state in Inventory Management.

However, I do not see any alarms from CIMC and ESXi for any of my servers. I am aware that a HDD is faulty in one of the servers, which should be alerted for one of the CIMC. Also, the ethernet interfaces for ESXi are not indicated in "360 view" for all ESXi hosts.

Lastly, I do have some Windows servers, which are also added with SNMP strings. How do I get alerts for these servers, which certain specific Windows services are STOPPED / NOT RUNNING?

Please suggest if I am missing something to be configured.
