Moving accounts

Is it allowed to move the following user accounts and groups to another OU ? These users and groups show up after a Unity install.

Groups:

unaddressedmessagesXXXXXX

systemeventmessagesXXXXXX

allsubscribersXXXXXX

Users:

unity_<servername>

USbms_<servername>

Sounds like you will be OK as long as the OU you move the accounts to is not affected by GPOs that would deny specific permissions already granted by the Permissions Wizard - i.e. act as part of the operating system, log on as a service etc. Also, as long as you don't move the inboxes for the unity_servername, USbms_servername etc.
