Recently we have begun to receive the following error message from Meeting Place Express - "Sorry, MPE does not understand your request" after attempting a logon. If we then click on Schedule, we are prompted with the input screen for scheduling a meeting. If we we click on Log In, we can enter the login information a second time, it works fine. Any idea on what is causing this and how to resolve?

Have same issue.

Hi,
This may be the result of an incorrect link or bookmarking of your MeetingPlace Express web page. Try changing your bookmarks to just http(s)://
Otherwise you may want to try clearing your browser cache.
