MRA CERTIFICATION

Hello all,

I try to finish my jabber installation, but I couldn't pass certification process. As you know, I installed root CA certiicate to Call Manager (tomcat trust), IM&P(cup-xmpp trust), expc and expe.

Then I generated csr for these 4 servers, and I signed this csr to the CA server which is signed webserver for Call Manager and IM&P and client server for Expressways,

However, when I want to upload the certificate to the each server, I faced this error from both Call Manager and IM&P, 'CA certificate is not available in the trust-store.'

and expressways do not trust same root certificate and I received tls negotiation error and unable to get local issuer certificate

Any thoughts?

You need to upload the root cert and any intermediate cert you might need to the trust stores, before uploading the server cert. Are you sure you installed all the necessary certs for the trust chain to be complete??
