MRA issue after UCM upgrade

Hi,

 

I used PCD to migrate CUCM from 8.6 to 11.5 using new IP Addressing and host names and setting up MRA for the customer. Presence was added on after the upgrade, I have ensured DNS such as all the A records and SRV records (cisco-uds and cuplogin) are all correct no conflicts/duplicates etc..

 

I have added the UCM publisher to the expressways ok, when a user is internal and moves to internet their presence works but phone device does not. New logins are not able to login at all.

 

Having a closer look at the ExpresswayC the HTTP allow list the old server IP Addresses are listed and looking at the logs closer is trying to use the old server. There are no issues with clients logging in internally.

 

I have tried to add the old server IP Addresses to the call manager Server section and delete them again but still is retrieving the old IP Addresses.

 

if any one can provide any ideas that would be great thanks.

We have the same issue (didn't use PCD), MRA is looking for the old IMP/CUCM addresses.  What fixed this???
