Multiple Active Calls in CUBAC 8.6.1.9

While using Cisco Unified Business Attendant Console version 8.6.1.9, when a second call comes into the Active Calls [F7] area both it and the existing call are greyed out. Neither call can be answered or otherwise controlled via the AC software however if one of the calls is cancelled using the phone then the other call can be controlled via the software as normal.

The problem appears to be some sort of maximum allowed calls issue however all CTI ports are set to Maximum Allowed Calls of 10 with a Busy Trigger of 10.

Has anyone seen this issue before? Any assistance in troubleshooting steps would be appreciated as well.

Thanks,

Dwayne

You can only have one "Active Call" at a time.  We had this issue when someone would call the attendants DN directly.  If a call came into the queue you got "stuck".  We ended up giving the attendant a different DN and translated the old DN to the attendant console queue.  Hope this helps.  There is lots of good stuff on the Arc discussion boards.  http://forum.arcsolutions.com/forumdisplay.php?9-Cisco-Unified-Business-Attendant-Console-(CUBAC)
