I'm not able to establish a call from the MVA application, the application answers, allow to enter Remote Destination Number and PIN and ask for the number to call, but after dial the number the call remains in silence and after that drops the call.
The Enable Voice ACcess is set to True
Mobile Voice Acces Number it is configured under service parameter
the CSS for Remote Destination is CSS_COS_1_noFAC which includes PT_Phones, this is the Partition assigned to MVA Number.
I'm attaching you some debugs and info in order to have a perspective of the network.
SOLUTION INFORMATION.doc, here I include the info of the equipment
sh tech CISCO ROUTER 1.txt -> sh tech for the first CISCO Router (on the SOLUTION INFORMATION.doc you may see it on the diagram)
sh tech CISCO ROUTER 2.txt -> sh tech for the second CISCO Router (on the SOLUTION INFORMATION.doc you may see it on the diagram)

The Sequence for the call on the traces is as follows:
1. Nortel Phone dial 5089
2. Hear welcome prompt
3. Dial destination number (1234) and pound sign (#)
4. Hear prompt for PIN
5. Dial PIN (125023) and pound sign (#)
6. Hear prompt for call number
7. Dial 1
8. DIal 853259000 (PSTN number)
9. Call remains on silence, after that drops the call.

I haven't found the solution, this is because my solution is not supported. TAC people send me this info
Mobile Connect features do not get supported for T1 CAS, FXO, FXS and BRI.
So maybe this is part of your problem.
