MWI error in event log

Unity 4.2.1

TSP 8.1.3

CM 4.1.3 sr3c

MWI will not turn on eventhough there are new messages. Getting the following errors in event log when try to resync

CiscoUnity_TSP

Event ID 122

Warning

An attempt to turn ON the MWI for extension 84607 received reorder tone from Cisco Call Manager. The MWI ON Extension Setting is 9998

CiscoUnity_Notifier

Event ID 1031

Warning

Failed to set MWI for Jack ext 84607 switch 0 cluster 0 reason SetMWI fialed with [0x800004005; E_FAIL]

In Unity whenever a resync button is press for the user it is on Pending.

Any ideas

Could you please verify in Cisco CallManager that the (Calling Search Space) CSS of the VM ports can reach the MWI ON|OFF number.

And also verify that MWI ON|OFF CSS can reach the DN in question.

VM ports -> MWI -> Directory Number
