I just upgraded Unity from 4.04 to 4.21. The MWI is not working now. I have Exchange 2003 SP2 on three servers. There is a single Unity server.
I tried resyncing MWI status in Integration Manager and get a responce that states "Unable to forward MWI request... Verify that Unity services are running".
I tried reseting the passwords for the service accounts. I deleted and recreated the CallManager integration.
Another symptom is that PCA is also not working. User get an Access Denied message.
Any thoughts?
