I have CM 3.3(2) SPC with Unity 4.0(2). It is a voicemail only deployment with Ex2K installed on the Unity server.MWIs worked for a couple weeks, then suddenly stopped after new subscribers were created.
I am getting the following warning in the Unity event viewer:

If the MWI status remains unchanged for extended periods of time, or if there are many of these warnings from Cisco Unity in a short period of time, there may be an MWI misconfiguration or other problem. I have verified the basics: There are no partition CSS issues with CallManager, I tested the integration in the TSP and it was successful, and I can dial the MWI on and off DNs from phones and it works properly
