Hi,
I am previously using Cisco Unity 8.0 enterprise. So it becomes obsolete. Now i am trying to deploy demo CUC 8.6.2.
I am having question regarding phones. I have both sccp and sip phone with cucm 8.6.2. So when i dial MWI numbers from Sccp phones. It works. But on sip phone MWI not working.
Kindly tell me how to integrate both sccp and sip phones to work with unity server.
Urgent help required.

Have you reviewed the CUCM-CUC intergration guides and make sure everything is OK??? You need to choose either SCCP or SIP for the integration and the guide covers all you need.

Thanks for your response, now i m deploying unity using sccp protocol for cucm and unity integration.
