Mysterious Greeting

Efrain Berrocal

I have an issue I've been working on for a bit but can't figure it out.  Our main extension is 1234.  That extension is forwarded (for example, after hours) to our voice mail system.  Our voice mail system (CUC) is 9876.  If someone calls 1234 after it has been forwarded they hear a greeting that doesn't belong to 1234.  I have checked all the greetings for 1234 (standard, alternative, etc) but it is not one of those.  I don't know where the greeting is coming from.  I'd like to find it and change/delete it.  Any suggestions on where to look?  Thank you!!!

You can use the port status monitor to see what is going on.

I've never used that.  Will look it up and give it a try.  Thanks.
