Hi Team,
just now i upgraded my cucm from 10.0 to 10.5 . But i don't know what went wrong during the installation it is asking for recovery disk.. I tried to find the recovery disk in cisco site, but i was not able to find. Can some one please help me here. it is very urgent..

I suppose u can get the same when u have place order through PUT.
check in attached snapshot.

Recovery Software-10.0(1)
