Need Help in CUCM MIGRATION ON UCS

HI ALL;

CURRENTLY WE ARE USING CUCM VERSION: 6.0.1.2000-3 AND WANT TO MIGRATE ON UCS SERVER WITH CUCM 9.0 VERSION.

WHICH STEPS I SHOULD FOLLOW TO MIGRATE ON NEW UCS SERVER WITH ALL EXISTING EXTENSIONS AND CONFIGURATION.

I TRIED TO FIND OUT THE EXACT UPGRADE TOOL WITH THE FOLLOWING LINK:
