We are wanting to RE-IP our CUCM Cluster, Unity Cluster, and Voice Gateway Routers.
Does anyone have experience doing this process and know of any possible adverse effects it can have on the system and any lesson learned on the process.
anything will help us and would be greatly appreciated.

Here is an doc with instructions:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/install/8_6_1/ipchange/ipchg861.html
you will need to rehost your licenses as the license MAC will change.
You'll need to update DHCP scopes, and all integrations between servers that reference old IPs.
GW configs will need to change to point to new CUCM servers, and depending on protocol used in CUCM for the GWs you'll need to update the references to the GWs in CUCM, including SRST if you are using it.

along with the points mentioned by Chris, make sure you perform these changes in a MW and stop db replication until you change all the required ip address.
else you will end up with an "Database communication error" on gui page of cucm and might not be able to login to ccm.
