Hi All,

Subject: New Users not showing up in Attendant Console

 

  • Restarted the LDAP Plug-in (Service Management => Cisco Unified Attendant LDAP Plug-in) and forcing a sync with CUCM (System Config => Synchronize with CUCM) in the CUAC web admin portal  but no work
  • The LDAP plug-in service has already been restarted and a manual sync with CUCM initiated to no work
  • New users are loading into CUCM but for some reason they are not appearing in the Attendant console.
