Does Cisco have a newsgroup that can be subscribed to? And does anyone have any links to other newsgrops for VOIP and Unified messaging.

The Netpro site is the only public forums/newsgroups that Cisco officially supports.
There's a few other web based forums around, but none of them get nearly as much traffic as this one and they aren't officially moderated by Cisco employees.

This is my personal favorite and there are email address that end with @cisco.com. But nothing "offical"
