night bell with CUCM 6.x

My customer is requesting a night bell service for after hours calls. I know this is possible with CME, but they are running CUCM 6.x. Is there a 3rd party product that can accomplish this?

You can try to do something similar with TOD so the calls go to X extension after hours

The customer is looking for a type of ring/bell to ring over the PA system that is currently running to a E&M card on the ISR router. Basically I'm thinking of some type of call park that makes the night bell ring and someone dials the DN for that call park.
