My customer is requesting a night bell service for after hours calls. I know this is possible with CME, but they are running CUCM 6.x. Is there a 3rd party product that can accomplish this?thanks all.
My customer is looking at upgrading Unity from 4.x to 7.x. The only utility that seems best suited for this is the COBRAS utilities found on ciscounitytools.com. Does anyone have any experience on using these tools? Thanks!
