Hi everyone
i've been struggling with a cisco 2811 router and fxo lines which is very strange i think . every 1 week , 2 FXO ports of voice gateway become off-hook until i administratively shutdown and the no shutdown the ports . i dont know what is a exact problem ..the output of ports configuration and command are shown below...also i attach the screenshot the problem .

Can you try the below:
under the voice-port try to add
No batter-reversal
if that doesn't fix it, try to
voice-card 0
no local-bypass

I don't know the answer. I am suspicious of a software issue since it seems to work fine for a week and then the issue happens. If it was me I would start by upgrading the IOS to a gold star release such as 15.1.4M12a.

i think i should upgrade it first ..but i dont know how can i deal with licensing part ....so you think my configuration is not a problem ? do you think maybe PVDM causes the problem ??

I don't know. I would try a software upgrade first.

i am going to issue these commands and i will inform you about the result . but could you please tell me about the second command ? (Voice-card )
is this command working on FXO cards ??
