When we dial the EXT of the Conference Now from a SX20s DTMF is not recognized, if we dial outbound and back in via a translation pattern it works without issue. All other devices work find dialing directly into the EXT. We have noticed that an IP phone to the SX20 does not produce tones as well.
Anyone have any ideas of where to look?
