No fax tone on CISCO ATA 187

We have configured CISCO ATA 187 in office, it also registered in CUCM but no fax tone.

So, please suggest me doing the TSHOOT this issue.

Call flow ? Fax protocol in use ? Inbound or outbound ? Have you tested with an analog phone plugged into the ATA. Do voice calls from the analog phone work fine ?
