No MWI

Hello,

After finishing a voicemail the user will not get a red lamp and when he calls the voicemail, there is nothing (logical). But, we have alse an example with no red lamp and a voicemail.

Well, in the first case, no red lamp and no voicemail, we saw an error in unity event viewer: "event 1039

Failed to find object in IAvDohDirectory (error=0x80004005). Turn on Doh diagnostics to troubleshoot."

Does anyone had this kind of symptons or does anyone know this event?

We've had a couple of MWI issues after doing maintenance. Now, whenever we do any maintenance I run the Cisco Unity > Manage Integrations utility. On the Properties page there is a MWI Synchronization option. I am not sure if/how this could be related to Doh.

Turn on Macro MWI traces. Please post AvCsMgr, AvMsgStoreMonitorSvr, AvNotifier, and Application event logs.
