No Performance (Graphs and Polling) for some Managed Devices in CPC v10.0

Hello Cisco Community Support

 

I kindly ask you help or advice regarding the issue of some devices that I achieved to put in managed state, however, the CPC don’t show the performance graphs , show the error “Performance polling is not supported for the following device(s):”, and sometimes the same error plus the notification of open the Performance polling. But when I click this option, the new page didn’t load.

 

Meanwhile, other devices of the same platform and Credentials show the performance graphs and environmental parameters bars in Device 360 view without problems.

Hello

 

A few days ago I was able to replicate the issue with the CPC Demo and the solution was to increase the UC Polling SNMP Configuration to maximum values ( SNMP Timeout of 30 seconds and  Number of Retries 10).
