We have Unity Connection 8.5 (with SU2) and Exchange 2003 SP2 enabled for Single Inbox.
When a voicemail is left an email goes to that user on Exchange and once it read, the MWI goes out.
Great!
But, the email recieved does not contain the voicemail message attached.
What do I need to do to get that VM to be attached?
Thank you!

Are they using OWA? If so, this is a Microsoft limitation. There is info on this...
-Customer is hitting the bug CSCtl18617
-The bug points to a MS article which is KB822175.
-The workaround for this issue is using Outlook client to view the message
as per the article
Seems to be fixed in CUC 8.6

We are running Cisco Unity Connection V8.6.2ES25.21900-25 and Exchange 2003 SP3. TAC indicates that if we want to use Outlook Web Access to listen to voice messages we need to upgrade our Exchange environment to 2007 or 2010. They indicated that Cisco is not going to work on this problem that occurs when using Exchange 2003. Does anyone have any more positive news than this? (We don't have any problem when using the Outlook client on the desktop.)
