not able to backup cucm in drs

i have just migrated to cucm ver 12, and so far managed to backup the config once only.

each time i tries to backup, it says "Failed to initiate backup. Unable to access SFTP server. Please ensure the username and password are correct."

when i tries to re-create the backup device folder, it says "Update failed : Unable to access SFTP server. Please ensure the given path is correct.".

i am using the same free sftp and server to backup when i was using cucm ver 9.0

all my CUCM, CUC and UCCX have the same error

You may have the path wrong.  For some SFTP servers you need to specify with a leading dot for example "./CUCM", on others the path would be "/CUCM"   You could check with a command line SFTP client, connect to the server and try changing the path, see what syntax works.
