Not able to create user on Unity 4.0(4)

All,

I have installed unity 4.0(4) on Exchange 2000.

I have one user created (automatically) who is the administrator with extension 99999.

When I try to add a new user, I click on the ADD bouton but get the following error:

Erreur d´extraction de la liste de la banque de messages (pour le serveur xxx-UNITY).

(Which mean Error extraction in the list of the bank of messages)

error '80004005'

Unspecified error

I have tried to create new profile or class of service and it works fine.

Do you know where that could come from?

You may have a problem where Unity is having trouble communicating with the DC/GC. You can verify by using the DCGC Reconnect Settings tool available under the Administration Tools in Cisco Unity Tools Depot.

Try testing the connection to each DC and GC listed, and try forcing a reconnect to both the Domain Controller and GC.

We only recommend making a change if the DC or GC displayed are not correct.
