Hi,

recently we upgrade cme version from 7.1 to 9.0, after that i an unable to get the GUI of CME and CUE

but yesterday i run one command on the router file privilege 0 in the config mode, after that my CME GUI come

but now i am getting the problem of CUE GUI

i added ip route command in router

ip route 192.168.5.2 255.255.255.255 isM 0/0

192.168.5.2 is the ip address of interface ISM0/0

may this will resolved your issue

please let me know if this not work

We didn´t found the root cause, but, when changed the IP CUE solved the problem.

Do a tracert and check whether the route is not present for the system to access 192.168.5.2

Do a packet capture and check wehther CME restricts due to any access lists configured.

Once you resolve the access to 192.168.5.2 issue, you should be able to access the admin GUI of CUE.
