NTP in CUCM-SUB is unsynchronised with publisher

Dear All ,

I have NTP synchronisation issue between CUCM publisher and one of subscriber even after ntp restart still not sync.

please advise how to solve such issue

Does the publisher itself have valid/synchronized time to a real NTPv4 (ie not Windows SNTP) server in either stratum one or two? If not then I would expect the subscriber not to accept that time source.

Thanks Jonathan it was NTP issue in publisher as the startum was 6
