offline between CUPC & MOC

The presence status is okay within same type of applications but 'offline' between CUPC and MOC. able to dial IP phone from MOC (means the integration between CUPC and LCS okay).

Any idea why 'offline' between CUPC and MOC? or advise.

The presence information not exchanging between CUPC and MOC and it'll support in CUPS7.0

Can anyone confirm this?
